No one would tell you to sit. You have to stand in front of them and request them to answer our questions. Worst bank.

Regarding services, It will give you typical 100% govt office feeling with worst and pathetic service. For each home loan related issue you must to visit this office. As No online services available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Ever Service !!! Our beginning experience went worse ..not sure how 20 years of relationship would go ahead.
There is no online and proper communication channels. It works through agents and they hardly care for Customer's hard earned money.
Charging PRE-EMIs , where an EMI supposed to be deducted .. We almost lost 50K INR because of this.
IDBI .. Please learn service excellence from HDFC, ICICI and LIC. They do clean and transparent business.
