Post sale service is horrible. Good at talking when you buy cycle . Not even side stand spare is not available. Not enough man power to handle. They don’t support even if you request that you will take mechanic and drop him back for home service. Regular shop guy is of hyper attitude. Not at all recommended place since they are meant only for selling an not at all for post sale service.

If you love your kids, this should be the last shop you should go to buy for bicycle. Home Delivery : bought a cycle on 22nd of March. Cycle was delivered at home and there was a minor scratch, could be possible as it can happen and I accepted the delivery. They forgot to bring complete accessories and promised to deliver next day which they never did. Had to go to bring myself. Quality of Product : Preety cheap. Front tyre air got leaked in 2 days and I called them. They asked to bring the cycle. I had to go 4 kms to take cycle to their shop. They informed that there is a Wasser issue and they have fixed it. I asked them to check it properly as it's difficult to go back again. They told it's fixed and if it happens again then they will see. Well as expected, the issue happened again in 2 days, I went again and informed them. They changed the tube this time and when I asked what was the issue to which the mechanic started arguing and told, why you have to know about this. We have fixed it and whether are you worried with cycle or the issue. Strange, never expected this specially when you have paid price of product only 2-3 weeks back. Customer satisfaction: third class, feel no one knows how to talk except the owner. Fully money minded and once they get money, customer becomes secondary. Would strictly recommend to avoid buying anything from this shop even it it becomes last shop of bicycle in Bangalore. Better to pay transport cost and buy from another city. If owners are reading it, this was my last visit. Wouldn't mind throwing the cycle and accept that you cheated me well but I would for sure ensure that people in my society atleast are not cheated.

Cheap product, third class service offering, horrible customer experience, customer communication except the owner is really bad. I would recommend a strict no to buy from this shop. Edit 14th July : problem seems to be with the workers, I cam thrice and last time it was confirmed to that there is no issue, I still have the same problem. Basically i waste 6500 Rs just to keep cycle for showcase as my kid can't use it for more than 2 days at a stretch due to air leakage in tyre. It makes no sense for me to believe on you 4th time and exchange the product paying more money to you. Its a waste

JUST DON'T GO AND SHOP HERE... Horrible experience, never ever visit to buy bicycles, poor servicing, in fact they don't even do the servicing, worst behavior by the owner. They not only deny ur issues but also blame you. When I bought the bicycle in March, it had issue with wheel balancing and even after visiting thrice they were unable to resolve the issue. Last time when I visited few days ago, mechanic asked me to get the 1st service done and he promised to fix all issues at once and I was ok. I went to collect bicycle as I got message from shop, it was not even touched and no one has bothered to service. When I highlighted the issue to the owner that it's not serviced and my issues mentioned were also not addressed, he got annoyed, blamed me that I didn't even visit the shop earlier and only lying. Since the issue was not resolved and it was even mentioned in the service note, still he kept on denying and mechanic also told everything is correct as they didn't do service and now they were not ok to accept it. Owner didnt bother to assure, instead kept on denying my visit to shop itself as if he is sitting all the time in the shop, there are other staff also which were not there that time and that's why he told I am only lying. After seeing reviews by others, I think this is the way they operate, just sell at high cost and forget and keep on denying and blaming the customer.
