I had worst service experience. Have paid for 6 months plan but only 4 months service provided. Raised lots of complaints but yet unanswered. Want to rate 0 (ZERO).

One of the worst service/connectivity/speed ..I am using it from last 6 months and not had a single day where connection not get lost even though I am using 10 Mbps plan the speed is always been less than 1 MB. And customer service is pathetic you can't reach them when needed and average turnaround time to fix issue is more than 24 hours if you are lucky enough otherwise its 48 hours.

Complaint unresolved since past 7days, wifi stopped working. Called alot, Aniket Kadolkar, your employee and worst point of contact you could've provided us with, ignores calls for technical support. If coming and fixing the broadband connection is a lot to be asked from you people, just refund the money. We'll be happy to switch.

As per network and range is considered, it is satisfactory. But the service wrt issue resolution, escalation management is worst. Pathetic clause is one cannot reimburse the disconnection and deposit; infact no such mechanism is there for Tikona. On this Tikona keeps looting their customers. I was using services for more than 8 years and due to change of location; I asked for reimbursement of balance services since I had to discontinue in between the tenure. Tikona purely neglected by disconnection request and insisted me to continue the services. The issue got into legal channel. Pathetic experience. One should be more careful while going for new connection and even discontinuing the services.
