★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When every thing is opened they are going backwards, their office is open but one is allowed to enter it. It means including their own staff.
When visited last time a week ago their support staff lady herself was sitting outside on the staircase to attend customers.
Main door is blocked so that no one can enter
Better visit the one at station road atleast and get the work done

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff took 35 mins to replace the battery of my phone after approval. The executive says 'some people have to wait for 2 hours so this is nothing'... Just realized that our time is not valued by them.. may be they are too busy but that does not mean not to value the time of others..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited this gallery with a query that is I need a duplicate sim card. The staff was super lazy with dirty attire. He didn't even bother to entertain me or greet me. Surrounding of building/floor was heavily spitted and malodorous. The staff even guided me with the wrong address . This is office of stupidity . highly not recommend ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service center is very big and well maintained but i think there is shortage of staff because they take more time even if your problem is very short for example to change battery to reset etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jio fibre is not available in Virar which is close to mumbai. Even at my UP Bihar village, I'm able to use jio fibre..
Local provider like DNA is looting customer with 10mbps at 800/-.
Please ? it's a request. Help us. Work from home I need jio fibre. At 1000/- 150mbps is must for me.
