Dilapidated structures, shabby rooms, broken furnishings, non-functional systems, infinite waiting times..... all these points characterize this place.
It shows complete negligence on part of authorities to revamp, maintain and operate such important facilities in an efficient manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office is quite good but the servers used by them are worst. When servers get down the work is done slow as hell that, if your work is of 10 mins it will take 4-5 hrs which may frustrate you a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once you have done the payment of registration and stamp duty from the Grass portal, you have to visit here for the registration process to be completed fully.
Document required:-
1. Original Sale agreement
2. Adhar card
3. Pancard
4. Two witnesses with aadhar copy of them
5. Passport size photo
Once you visit there they will ask you to get the DHC done. It is data handling charges which you need to pay. Now where you have to pay and from where you will find the receipt we will discuss. They will tell, you will get it done at any Xerox shop, but trust me guys it is not as simple as most of the Xerox shops in the nearby vicinity are not aware of D.H.C.
So I will say just search for "Sri Samarth Krupa" on Google maps and you will get your D.H.C done there.
Now once it is done. Then again come here to the "Joint Sub Registrar office" and submit the document. After 30min they will announce your name and you have to be present with a witness where they will take photos and leave a thumb impression of you and your witness.
Once it is completed they will ask you to collect your registered sale agreement after 3-4 days depending on the load of work. So you can then visit at their designated time and collect your agreement.
Ample of parking space outside the office for both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
Since there is no canteen available and also no nearby grocery store. So do carry your snacks and water for refreshment.
Proper seating area should be made available as people are either sitting on a corridor or downstairs which Government needs to be looked into.
No temperature check.
No Mask check.
