★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have traveled with this bus from Hyderabad to pune, new sleeper bus, they provide snacks[biscuit,toffee&chips with water bottle] drivers are very polite ...very safe driving

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very good experience with Jotiba Transolutions. Office staff was very helpful, cleaned and sanitized busses, staff with masks, overall a big thumbs up to Jotiba.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very frustrating experience. Got twice into bus breakdown situation in late night on Solapur highway and they did not offer any assistance. We were left with no option but to board other bus on our own expenses which they have not refunded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I ve travelled from Hyd... My Lower sleeper berth blanket was filled up with stains... And that could be coconut oil stains or might be someone's sperm stains. I ve called up the Bus guy and asked him to change or remove it. He answered me very careless and with arrogance... That will be like that in all buses and I will not remove.it.
I was helpless at that time and decided not to travel in Jotiba in any situation for the life time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not travel through this bus. The service is pathetic, they dont check about the diesel or tire. There was 4-5 hours delay in my journey. Its a waste of money and your time. Do not I repeat Do not travel to jotiba travels( Pune-Hyd )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was Travelling from Mumbai to Hyderabad Seat was very Dirty & Bus Staff behaviour was not Good.
Booking time dropping point was showing Tadban X Road but when I reached Hyderabad there is no dropping point Tadban X Road as per bus driver.
I Suggest plz don't travel with JOTIBA TRANSOLUTIONS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first of all service is pathetic. upon this service and management staff are very rude and have no minimum respect to the customers. i have booked my trip from pune to hyd and i have waited for almost 90 min for my bus in their office with my luggage(1box). management staff didnot tell anything about extra charges for luggage during my waiting time. but they asked for extra payment while boarding if luggage is to be placed in cargo. since it was boarding time i have paid the amount and when asked for bill they said it will be sent by whatsapp but they didnt. when later contacted on the same they completely denied about it and not even giving a proper answer they just simply hungup. they load a lot of luggage in passenger section and takes lot of time for loading and unloading it. with loads of luggage hygiene obviously sucks.
Next day i had a return ticket from hyd to pune for the same bus. but just before 1 hr of my departure they simply called and cancelled the ticket. refund process is initiated but last minute cancellation is a very big trouble.
this travels is mainly concentrated on luggage and goods transport in passenger bus. they have no minimum respect towards passengers. staff is very rude from the beginning. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR PASSENGER TRAVEL
