In one villa, I am already staying for last one year with peace of my and brought my close friend also to this layout. I have seen many layouts before buying (Investing) my plots after my return from USA. The complete greenery with responsible owners & staff, clear title deeds and JR's commitment to quality works made me to settle down completely in JR Green Park for my life. β β β β β We decided to purchased a plot in JR green Park looking into the wide roads and overall developments we could see in terms of well maintained parks and other amenities that has been committed for. I feel that JR group is a well known name now in real estate and have quite good credibility and we can safely invest in all there projects. I have also purchased a plot in JR Urbania and was quite amazed with the developments happening there as well. Have also referred many friends to JR projects and all are extremely happy.

β β β β β I have spent a good 8 months searching for genuine, reliable and reputated developers after deciding to purchase a plot. Undoubtedly JR Housing was on top of the list.
My wife and i decided to go ahead and we purchased 1145 &1146 in JR Urbania.
Our family members trusted my judgement and purchased 1161 & 1162. I am not writing much on how it looks, you will discover that eventually. one can blindly invest in this project, this review is for those who don't want to spend 8 months in searching and eventually end up buying @ JR housing. All the best.
Last but not the least, support from Surya Singh was EXEMPLARY.

β β β β β JR Greenpark is a gated community with plots and houses and JR Nexus is proposed apartment project proposed by JR Housing and Builders.
My experience with JR Housing has been horrible. I was sold a plot in JR Greenpark and was promised maintenance of the plot and various other amenities. After so many years what I have is a plot with garbage all over my plot and no demarcation. The JR housing site office do not entertain old customers and only respond to client who are interested in buying plots or apartments. I was interested in buying apartment in JR Nexus but based on interactions and experience with JR Housing, I do not trust them anymore.
I have come to know JR Housing has abandoned few recent projects and are not interested in taking care of the earlier projects. This shows that they will do the same with future customers also. Selling plots at high premium process and promising maintenance and good amenities seems to be their mantra for fooling customers.
Beware of JR Housing and do not get into their marketing charms.

β β β β β I had bought a plot in JR housing, they do not promise in delivering the amenities promised. They will sell you at a higher price than the market price. They will not help in reselling the plot.

β β β β β I believe JR Urbania is a great project to invest for future. It has great location advantage by the virtue of being surrounded by KHB Surya City Project. The project is very well conceived and designed keeping all aspects in perspective for effectively managing future growth of this area.
My experience of interacting with JR Housing has been pretty good as well. They have been really professional and provided all the necessary support and documentation both before and even after sales. They have some of the most amazing sales people in the real estate industry. I am very happy with my decision of invest in JR Urbania and I would definitely recommend JR Housing to all my friends and colleagues. I sincerely wish the company great success in future.

β β β β β I was searching for a place for my dream home for years. After seeing JR GreenPark, it was like love @ first sight :-)
I had bought my site # 602 @ JR GreenPark and the villa was constructed by JR Housing as well. I must say that the each transaction with them has been very professional, and satisfying. These people are quite flexible, and I could see the desire to satisfy the customers in each employee of JR Housing.
I am grateful to JR Housing for making the milestone of constructing my dream home so easy for me. I wish them all the very best in their business.
