★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Quality of service...i applied a loan before 25 days and everything got approved i am now waiting for 2 weeks to get the Loan amount dispatched to account..no one is giving proper reason or no one is answering my query.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to open a current account which was fine. But when we wanted a service like name change or getting an upi stand for our business there was no proper support. I wouldn't recommend this branch and would say go to some other branch even if it's far off. Completely off the standards. Pathetic service from these guys.
I asked them to change the account name to what's available in gst certificate and they ask for one more week after 3 months.
God knows what these guys do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this branch for a simple address update for more than t 2 weeks. Every time I visit them they say it will be done in 3-4 days. It is been a week now that my address is not yet updated despite submitting all the relevant documents on time. There is no update from their end as well. Pathetic service.
