★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous delays. People's money is blocked and the builders keep providing a new ready date each time. The frustrating fact is their website advertises this as Ready to Move in.....Frauds. Please don't block your money with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought flat in KBNOWS Apartment, Rudra Buildwell Constructions Pvt Ltd, and the experience is pathetic. Just asked for money and called multiple times for that. And building is in bad shape, most of the flats not ready. Builder is arrogant. Pls if you want to save your hard earned money, don't buy flat here. RERA ordered builder to pay late panelty recently until date when OC is obtained, but he is not even giving late penalty, and God only knows when will he get OC and NOCs.
