★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience in Behala branch...Person who deals with Water purifier don't know how to behave with the client.Cant answer any queries of the client rather he was misbehaving without giving the proper answer. This type of sales person should not in front sales.Who don't know how to behave with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Customer service , Managers are mostly irresponsible, lack of adherence to commitments, even lacks the bare minimum courtesy to hand over the free gifts meant for the customers. Pathetic Sales team , will leave you roaming from counter to counter for completion once their product is finalised and name is put in the pre sales form.
Much better services available from their competitors else please buy online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased a Ac in Khosla Electronics on Friday and the ac is not been installed due to the showroom persons are trying to give a defective product and they are just not dealing they are just making the customer big big warnings that hm refund nai karega and all. This is Khosla service. Worst electronics show room being opened in Jamshedpur .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased Washing Machine from Khosla Salimpur Branch on 18th July, 2021. No delivery till 24th July, 2021. Every day they were informing that today will be delivered. We cancelled the purchase. We called at Khosla Salimpur Branch. The lady who received the call shouted on us and instructed to take delivery. There after delivery person call and when came to know that we are not accepting the delivery extremely misbehaved. We sent mail to the Directors Mr. Manish Khosla & Mr. Manoj Khosla on July 24th, 2021 but none of them bothered to respond.
Company thinks buyers are fool.
So think twice before you purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 1 ton Samsung Ac from Khosla Uttarpara Branch .after purchasing they arranged installation.installation done by SN enterprise.within 4 months of installation water leakage started.service Engg visited & found installation done by technician totally in wrong way.informed Khosla Uttarpara team member Mr Koilash.he helped me to take an appointment again for installation.but I had to pay again entire installation charge .bcaz of installation technical person fault I had to pay 2 times installation charges.its really unexpected poor experience . I don't know whether entire khosla team now so worthless & theives or only Uttarpara branch .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am purchase one washing machine in Ranchi dealer,and company gave me 5years warranty scheme,,but when my machine is in problem,, service centre deny schemes,,and charge me huge amount,and after facing problem than I will meet manager of Khosla electronics and he except schemes but doesn't solve my problem.now 15 days is completed 15 times call to manager,,10 times meet him but my problem doesn't solve yet,,so why purchase any item from Khosla electronics.Now I am frosted n mentally harrassed.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting in touch with the seniors in this organistion is an impossible task. Mr. Suman from the Beckbagan outlet is not returning my money since Dec 2021. I have ample proofs aganist him. Request someone competent to get in touch with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased one refrigerator from khosla Baruipur branch . During sale the sales executive Tarun Mondal had told us that they will be delivered the refrigerator at our home without any delivery charge. After 2 days we called and asked about the delivery date and they said they sent our product 2 days ago . After 3 days the delivery boy called us for delivery and they said they will deliver our product but we have to pay 1000 rupees for delivery so we denied it and called the branch for refund but they refused to refund money and they started threatened us . Our product and money both are gone and now they don't want to deliver the product . I said them that I will go to police and they were like Do whatever you want
