★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ultimately worst customer service. They will never pick the phone to address your query. You want to visit office for any clarification. Office employee also will not respond properly. Since there is not negative option, I'm giving 1star as rating
Best advice -> don't ever think about KPN for parcel service.

During the transport, there were small scratches in the back sheet hand holder.. since it's a old bike it's fine.. for new bikes you may need to think twice. Got the bike next day..there were no one for unpacking the bike while getting the bike at the delivery place..
