★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have that many varieties. The main issue is that everything is so expensive. They are taking money just for the brand name. Other shops will have similar items for lesser price. The salesmen I interacted with was also not very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a store to definitely visit for artificial and silver jewellery. They have various deigns that suit the western and traditional attire. Temple work designs are very beautiful. Designs with goddess Lakxmi and Ganesha are plenty. Like wise peacocks and flowers in shades of red and green are also available. They had latest designs in artificial diamonds. Earrings, bracelets, bangles, pendant sets, kamarpatta are all available here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking out for gifting options for my friend who was getting married and Kushal's jewellery was the first thing that popped in my mind. I immediately reached out to this store in Vega City Mall for two reasons. One was to share options via WhatsApp because I couldn't personally go there. Milan was very kind to share all the available options as per my budget and choice of design. He was so patient with me. Second, I wanted help to deliver this product to my house and Milan went an extra mile to pack it safely and give it to the delivery person. He even made sure the product I chose reached me safely. Such service goes a long way to gain trust of the customer and Milan has my complete trust. A couple of months later I wanted to gift a piece of jewelry for a friend's birthday and without thinking twice I directly reached out to Milan! He did the same thing again and I couldn't thank him enough! This is the true definition of 'customer service'. Thank you for all your effort and patience Milan and of course Kushal's Jewelry.
