I am very thankful to the staff assisting me as I was provided all the information related to kind of lense and frame. Would surely opt for the same outlet next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt the customer service was fantastic at store but I am not satisfied with the quality of lens used. I took John Jacobs frame for my eyeglasses from Lajpat Nagar store. The lens are always dirty and smudgy. I have been keeping my glasses in box, clean them with plain water immediately after taking them out, using microfiber cloth to wipe but all efforts are useless. Luckily I use these glasses only for reading purpose otherwise it is very intriguing to keep on wiping the lenses. My expectation for high quality product has gone for toss. I am not going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Executive botches up my need and I get to Pay for it .... When the customer spends almost 2 hours in the store an executive is supposed to understand her need and give guidance... I did that for a specific offer that I had gone for.. Buy 1 Get 1.. instead the executive even after having known that I really need 2 glasses and had also selected 2 frames never guided me that for a membership (only they get this offer) maybe extra fee is needed... I would have paid for it but the executive knows what has happened... NEVER GOING BACK ..!!
