★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So here's my experience with LBB and the reason behind this rating.
I show up at LBB as per the time (Open) mentioned on Google - Sunday (12-May) 13:00 hrs and to my surprise the place is closed.
I call the number mentioned to which I am told (by Shariq) that they would be opening later that day due to a late event the previous day. Fair Enough.
While speaking with Shariq we discuss and AGREE upon meeting at the store later on in the day - between 18:30 and 18:45. Basis this conversation I re-schedule my plans and I'm on my way at 18:20 hrs. On the way I decide to call him to check if he'll be there / OR / has he updated someone else on my requirements and to my second surprise (on the same day) he informs me that they have shut shop early and no one is at the store. This is purely ridiculous as we had set up a meeting and he (or anyone) did not have the basic courtesy to call and cancel / re-schedule.
To his credit Shariq did apologize and mentioned that he would send me the bike catalog for me to review - It's been 24 hrs and no catalog, no call back, nothing.
To summarize : It was a very poor experience even before entering the store and thus my recommendation would be to call then before visiting. Sure their web site is attractive (limited in the bike section) unfortunately the same cannot be said about their customer focus.
