★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, staff are very unprofessional, if delivery boy goes for leave they will not provide delivery service. is there any other distributor available for this area on indane..
If any one planning to get connection from this distributor I will suggest not to buy try any other distributor..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is pretty slow and the area is divided into 2 parts. Previously we used to get our gas cylinder from here. They were slow paced, irregular, poor work ethics and not at all customer friendly services would they provide to any of it's customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service and even the front desk persons are not helpful. Many times you have to face problem regarding door step delivery. Be ready. IOCL should review such poor services. This is the only gas agency in the area but worthless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an office for delivery of gas which is under authorisation of Indian Oil. It is situated in Kundghat, just after Gangapuri Shiksha Sadan School. This place remains closed from 1 p.m to 2 p.m as it is lunch hour.. It remains open till 5 p.m everyday except Monday. The service provided by this office is quite satisfactory. But there should be more efficiency & effective efforts to handle the customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad and worst distributor among all Indane within 2-3 days u can get this cylinder. I agree this lockdown situation. But I have to cook and eat in my house. It's not possible I'll go everyday in gas office in this lockdown situation for query. But today before few minutes one message came. Your cylinder has refused and cancelled the booking. I don't know why??????? We are in our home everybody in lockdown situation and is quite natural. The delivery man subrata wants extra money everytime. As he says if I'll not pay extra money to him he will refused to delivered to me the cylinder 100 times. So please take DNA action against him (Mr. Subrata). All delivery worst and that's why I'm telling like this. I'm suffering this issue from beginning. So please take an action. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a gas cylinder on March 11th and still not delivered , calling the mentioned number nobody is receiving, emailed about the situation but no effect.
Such a worse service. and the gas godown at Kalitala which comes under this gas servicing center is worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst attitude of the people there, though have improved a little bit after I made a complaint. Took me 3 visits to transfer in a connection though transfer out took 1 hour. They also gave me cyllinders filled with water so please check before taking delivery. Thank God I do not have to deal with them again.
