★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprisingly glad after the results. Prior to that, i was not a real beliver in such things, but Dt. Gupta made me believe that only workout is not enough, an individual has to alter the eating habbits and sleeping pattern.....
Dt. Gupta's flexible attitude would be another reason, that might help people like me who are vegetarians....
Another great aspect is that, Dt. Gupta felt her duty and responsibility towards her patients. As most of the other dietitians tends to forget this necessary aspect....
