★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not burn the syringe immediately after blood test. The syringes are supposedly collected during the day and burnt only once at end of day.
Patient is made to sit and wait while the nurse and receptionists keep chatting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst place to go.. was made to wait 1 hr 10 min for blood test despite being pregnant and fasting. also they don't include Tsh in ANC profile. on asking they were blaming patient for not asking what includes in test.

You will be attended when the Doc comes in.Till then play with the phone and sweat it out in the heat.no AC nothing.comes here if u are nearby and have plenty of time in hand.be safe be healthy.

2) Home Visit Charges also too high compare to other labs.
Client Service getting pathetic day by day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Experience. Gave only 1 report out of 3 suggested by the Doctor. It has been almost a week that they have not given the remaining 2 reports. Casual behaviour of the staff.

This is my feedback to you reply. First of please have a courage to mention your name. I feel your are afraid to mention here because of the public reviews. Let it be. Please get a clear background & exact clarity about the situation before speaking. Please visit to your facilities anonymously to understand why people are upset. No doubt out of the 6 people 4 are unhappy which means more than 65% are not satisfied.
You team took 7 days to figure out that if someone pays for 1 report he/she will get only report. After speaking to my Doctor they were not sure what was the issue. Upon asking for the clarification your staff says the Doctor has a personal issue & will be available after 3 pm but after shouting at your facility your doctor gets available immediately.
Please understand you are in the business of helping people & not in the business of making money.
After reading your replies to the reviews, I understand you dont want to improve yourself & feel you are the best.
I am sure you understand this, if you don't I cant help it.
