Mosaic Crowne Plaza Pune City Centre - Pune

Visited Mosaic in Crowne Plaza for the Sunday brunch recently. I astonished by the ambiance. They have open seating alongside swimming pool. Seating is comfortable. They have wide spread menu for the Sunday brunch including salads, starters, main course and desserts. We tried few mocktails also. They were good. Coming to the starters, we tried both veg and non veg starters. They serve all the starters on the table. Paneer and chicken starters were tasty. Paneer and chicken used was fresh. I liked the fish most. It was crispy on the outer side and juicy inside. Special mention is the lotus steam. It was so good, the best I tried ever. The flavor was perfect on the lotus steam. It was crispy and yummy, highly recommended. They serve 25 to 30 different salads in the brunch including veg and non veg. Veg includes almost all the veggies like lettuce, bell pepper, eggplant, lady finger, peas, cucumber, tomato, zucchini and what not. Such a wide spread salads they have. In fish, I liked Solomon. It was very tasty yet healthy. They also have variety in the main course. They serve mutton , chicken and fish in the main course. All the gravies were up to the mark, perfectly cooked. I liked Malaysian curry, it was having coconut broth like taste with crushed cashew. Coming to the desserts, again they have variety. Different types of laddus is specialty. All the desserts were good. The service here is bit slow but accepted as it was a bust day for the staff as well. Overall, very nice option for a brunch if you are looking something different.

This place is a great option to enjoy your Brunch with a pool side view ? A brunch along side a Calm and composed atmosphere . The ambience at Mosaic is just rejuvenating. They have a huge seating capacity indoor as well as outdoor. The outdoor seating are comes with a pool side view where you can enjoy your Brunch amidst a soothing atmosphere. The staff are very professional and the service was very fast. Starters were served on time and drinks too. Now let's come to the food I had. The different sections of the Brunch were : ?Soup : I had the Non-Veg Tom Kha Soup. It comprised prawns as its core ingredient and had the perfect essence of coconut milk. The soup was great in taste and each flavour came out really well. ?Salads : The Brunch had more than 10+ salads along with fruit slices and other veggies too. You can also customize your own salad with the ingredients present on the salad bed. I liked the Prawns Salad with French Beans and also the Mushroom Salad. The Roasted Vegetables Salad was also good. Moreover a nice option to start your meal with. ?Starters : The starters were served on the table. I had almost 5-6 starters including veg and non veg. Vegetarians can opt for Paneer Tikka. It was really good in taste. The Panner pieces were fresh and soft and were grilled well. The Fruit Chaat was also lip smacking. In Non-Veg I liked the Chicken Tikka and Chicken in Mint Ginger were awesome. Both had really nice flavours and I can say these were the USP dish of the day. The tikka was char grilled well and has an authentic flavour. ?Live Counters : Mosaic too has a live counter option for its customers. Those who are fond of some street food stuff or Pasta can opt for these counters where chefs prepare the food in front of you as per your customization and serve you. They have counters serving Pasta , Noodles, Dimsums, Chaat and Panipuri. ?Main course : This section was somewhat a little disappointment for me. They have a good number of options to try but the taste of some dishes were blant for me especially in Non-Veg. But I liked the Paneer Makhani gravy. It was good in taste so also the Mushrooms. Moreover this section needs improvement as far as taste is concerned. ?Desserts : These are an inseparable part in any meal , may it be Ala Karta or Buffet. Mosaic has more than 10-15 options in dessert too. But same here ,some desserts were too good and some need improvement too. I loved the Mud Cake and Black Forest Gateaux. And how can I forget the Jalebis of the live counter. Those were just delicious.. Overall it was a nice experience for me here. Would recommend this place if you want to enjoy your food in a soothing atmosphere and of course with a great hospitality✌

Had been to this place for Sunday Brunch. The ambience is super cool. They have ample seating capacity including both indoor and outdoor. They have a beautiful pool outside the restaurant where you can relax and have your food. They also have a live counter outside. I liked their service. The staff are very courteous. Started with Virgin Mojito which was very fresh and refreshing. In Soup, Prawn Tom Kha was amazing. Prawns enhanced the flavor of the soup. They had approximately 15+ salads, they also had cut fruits and vegetables. Out of which I liked the Prawns with French Beans salad and Chilli Garlic Mushroom salad. Prawns were very fresh and juicy. Mushrooms were really tender and the taste of garlic added extra flavor to it. In Starters, Paneer Tikka was fabulous as the paneer pieces were very soft and the spices over the paneer pieces were really good in taste. I liked the Chicken Tikka too. Chicken pieces were tender and juicy. It was served with onion rings. Lotus stems were properly fried. Seasome seeds were sprinkled over the top of the dish. It looked attractive. Aloo Tikki was properly cooked. It was crisp outside and soft inside. At the live counter, I tried Papdi Chaat. Chef Asma had prepared the lip smacking chaat. The chaat looked colorful from the top. In Main Course, there were plenty of options. But I liked the Paneer Makhni as the gravy had an excellent taste. It went well with the naan. I also liked the Mushroom. I had a huge expectation from the Mutton but it disappointed me. Even Dal was bit salty. Morever the taste of the Main Course needs to be improved. In Dessert, I liked the Black Forest Gateaux, Mud Cake a lot. For chocolate lovers, mud cake is a must try dessert. Red Velvet Pastry looked very appealing but the taste was not up to the expectation. Some desserts need improvement. Overall, I enjoyed a lot. I would like to recommend this place for its amazing decor.

This beautiful place at crown plaza is a best for the foodies over all because of the buffet and the food they serve at such a best price. The ambiance of the restaurant was very lively and entertaining as the songs were played as a background and yet it was peaceful enough for a pleasant time. The buffet was a never ending task. Soo many variety of food items from salads to soups and starters of different of combinations. They serve soo many variety of items in the main course both veg and non veg that a person can eat to their hearts content. Had live counter for pastas, waffles and south Indian menu. Desserts were served separately and were many many different types to choose from. Fish and other seafood was good and the flavours were amazing. Mocktails were on point as were the other cocktail drinks. Menu was of such a background that you definitely will miss many items and will be full within a few dishes because there are so amazing. Each dish had beautiful presentation and flavours! 5/5 for all the staff as they were helpful and attentive and polite. A best experience for family lunches, dinners or any type of gatherings.

A great place for Sunday Brunch . The variety of food both veg and Non-Veg keeps you drooling. Right from soups , to desserts they have everything. My favorite was the Nachos , Chicken tandoori and the noodles. They also had a live counter for pasta , grill and waffles. All the buffet items was lit. They had a perfect taste??. The moctails and cocktails were just amazing. I definitely recommend this place ?

Mosaic is now one of my favorite places in Pune where I could go and eat some nice and yummy desserts. It's really the best place for anyone with a sweet tooth. They have many varieties in desserts and we tried few of them in which Tiramisu and blueberry cheesecake were so delicious. A must visit place for dessert lovers.

We walked out of this place! Very limited spread of buffet. In one review I read they are better than grand Sheraton?!? I cant imagine how can one even compare them. Their spread was 1/3 of Sheraton. Was also not worth the price they are charging. And the seating area did not look clean at all.

We were at the place for food tasting. Food quality was amazing. Serving staff was also polite. Ambiance was also good. There was live food stalls and counters. The property are well maintained and extremely clean, especially during COVID. All the precautions were taken by them like social distancing and sanitation. The management team was Good.?
