β β β β β We started journey 01/07/2016 at Shirdi now it is11am 02/07/2016 we are on the way near Sira tumkur district may be reached by 1 pm that means 24 hours it will take online showing 18hrs they are stoping more places to load the luggage AC also not working properly while asking the driver AC some problem very bad experience in this bus travel

β β β β β I had a very bad experience with neeta .first of all i was new to banglore i didnt know well about places in banglore,it was urgent for me to go to pune .my stop was at madiwala but there i cudnt find any of their buses and nob i had got was of ahmedabad ofc anyhow i got their nob and contacted them for the exact location but the person on the other side confused me with direction .after all my struggle i reached the bus by myself the condition of bus is good it started even on time but was 5 hrs late to reach pune in the morning when asked they made excuses of speed failure then they changed the bus from sleeper class to a local bus from kolhapur at 9 am by which i could have reached pune .i reached pune at 3 .i got to have a very bad experience in bus which i never imagined if u have bus problm pls hav maintainence paying 1200 for the bus and not receiving the services back then the bus should be banned it caused me alot of inconveniences even i lost my interview because of being late.

β β β β β They create confusion in assigning lower and upper in sleeper. Staff not trained how to speak to passengers. Stops for restroom in some dirty places, yuck.... Do no keep up the time.

β β β β β Well! The staffs are arrogant and will start fighting with you without any cause. We took a bus till mahabaleshwar but they dropped us about 30kms before the destination on the lonely highway and didn't provide any shuttle service. Some passengers of other bus of Neeta waited for 12 hrs for the bus to arrive at bangalore, they even called police and a lot of drama happened. The service is worse in bangalore region.
