β β β β β Timings and the bus are well maintained, but we are very unhappy with the guide, food and darshan timings.. Guide kannayya doesn't give proper instructions at all and food we had to go in a queue system which was pathetic.. They said food and darshan tickets are included in the package.. Atleast they could have provided food in a good place.. It was a chaos. There were minimum of 100 people from various other buses, all of them in a queue falling one above the other for food.. And food quality is also very bad.. Regarding darshan, they waste too much of time, which end up in taking darshan of goddess padmavati in scorching heat in the afternoon 2pm.. We regret choosing sugama travels.. Kstdc does much better job at lesser cost than sugama..

β β β β β This is the worst travel partner that you can choose for your Tirupathi one day Darshan from Bangalore. The reasons are below
1. Bus arrives 1.5 hrs after scheduled time
2. Bus seat number booked and what you actually get when you board the bus is different and I was made to sit away from my family. This is purely because of the last minute adjustments that they have with other bus services. The service centre guy blatanly lied that it was system error and I will get to sit on the same seat that I booked. Never picked up the call after I boarded the bus
3. Darshan time was 2 hrs but to get a bus from Tirumala to Tirupati, we had to wait for another 2 hours. Reason quoted is, bus driver is not picking the call.
If you are going for a divine experience please do not choose, Shreesai Holidays or Sugama travels

β β β β β First : Few of us felt bus leg space is bit congested.
2nd:In website he has mentioned 2 laddu per head but he gave one laddu each. Why?
3rd: Food and lunch arrangement were a big mess, there were almost 1000 people inside the hall where we had lunch.
4th: Guide Khannaiya ask you for extfa money after his job over in bus.

β β β β β Sri Venkateswara Swami Vaari Temple is a Hindu temple situated in the hill town of Tirumala at Tirupati in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh, India. The Temple is dedicated to Venkateswara, a form of Vishnu, who is believed to have appeared here to save mankind from trials and troubles of Kali Yuga. Hence the place has also got the name Kaliyuga Vaikuntha and the Lord here is referred to as Kaliyuga Prathyaksha Daivam. The temple is also known by other names like Tirumala Temple, Tirupati Temple, Tirupati Balaji Temple. Venkateswara is known by many other names: Balaji, Govinda, and Srinivasa. The temple is run by body Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) which is under control of Andhra Pradesh Government. The head of TTD is appointed by Andhra Pradesh Government. The revenue from this shrine is used by Andhra Pradesh government.

β β β β β I opted for tirupati package for 28th November . The food at Tirumala is the worst. These people treat pilgrims as beggars. Worst experience . Is this why we pay such a big amount for the package to eat substandard food??? We had no other options rather than waiting for 2 hours and eat this horrible food. Sugama travels do you think this kind of treatment will do a good marketing for you?? Horrible!!!

β β β β β I m mentioning about the bad part as it spoils the mood of the entire trip . The quality of food was much below average and definitely not value for money. The way it was served clearly indicated that there is gross mismanagement and misutilization of funds . I want this should be looked into seriously by sugama management . The attitude of the people serving food and managing the team was pathetic. Toilets and wash basin area was filthy and unclean . Been to package tour earlier from KSRTC and experience has been much better . Time to mend ways for sugama otherwise they will loose a customer base and business .

β β β β β Tirupati package on 22-11-21 to 23-11-21 route no. 53.
* To and fro bus is good.
* Fresh Up room unhygienic, stinking wash room at Tirupati.
* APTDC restaurant at Tirumala serves the worst tasteless lunch. Food distributed during Political parties meetings is better than this. Even beggars reject this kind of food. Your treatment of pilgrims is very bad and the hand wash area/restroom gods save us. It would have been much better if the breakfast and lunch was provided on the opposite footpath of APTDC restaurant.
By God's grace had easy darshan of Lord Sri Venkateshwara due lesser crowd and recent cyclone effect.
* The local guide is helpless. Pity on him.
You have not charged less compared with other private operators.
My son advised me not to opt for your service bcoz of his latest bad experience with you. I should have listened to him.
I will never recommend your tourist to anybody for god's sake.

β β β β β Worst experience.. It had tie up with aptdc.. The pick up bus to race course road office doesn't follow up with passengers.. Water bottle not provided, carry your own..Tiffin will be served in tirumala, after darshana of padmavathi devi. So those who are diabetic carry some food as it will be late. Tea is provided and there is no difference between used and unused cups.. No hygiene at all.. At the same aptdc restaurant only lunch is provided.. Overall this package is not recommended, kindly avoid..
