Staff is very polite and knows about the process.
Take prior appointment for weekends.
Feels like aircraft seating arrangement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given zero stars if there was an option.. worst diagnostic centre.. no coordination among the staff. U urself have to remind them what tests are pending for u. no doctor was available for sonography, hence made to wait for 3 hrs. Staff do not know difference between 2D echo and USG ,were mixing both and getting confused between the two.
Only one lavatory for male and female each. And at the main walkway itself, and male lavatory latch was broken, anybody could open the door when u r doing ur business.
Overall everything was a mess there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take too long for Health check up, you have to give your almost a day for that. Also for sending hard copy / soft copy of reports take too much time . I have done my wife's AHC on 18th of Dec 2021 and today 24th Dec, 2021and we are still waiting for reports.
I called so many times regarding AHC reports but no one received my call and this is ridiculous.
For example, at the time of health check up there is no systematic procedures, no one tell you that you should have take water before sonagraphy, they will ask in the sonagraphy room and send you back to take water and come after time .
Don't go for it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Done Test Related to Blood collection ,for which the staff,Nurse and technician visited Home for Collection.Happy to say that Both the staffs were very polite and humble which made comfortable with My Wife.
The report was also shared timely..am very happy and suggesting fellows on the center for there procedures...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had taken corporate medical plan. Don't know if it is corporate or that's how it is, the checkups looked so casual. Package was for 6000 but there weren't important tests like spirometry, arthiritis test etc. Useless tests BMI, waist circumference, spo2, height, weight was included and charged. For eye checkup.. Doc asked general question, there was literally no checkup. Dental checkup was not there bcz of covid restrictions. Worst of all was the ultrasound abdomen and pelvis, mammogram. Both ultrasound and mammogram was done in 5 mins. Doc seemed to be in a hurry to leave. Mammogram xray was cancelled as doc said not required but no money was deducted. Ecg and echo was done in 2-3 mins. There was no physician consultant post receiving the reports. Some of the test reports of mine and my husband's were absolutely same. My doc has asked to re do some tests as the counts looks abnormal. The centre is clean and staff were trying the best to get the tests on time without making to wait much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centre has hygiene. But the staff don't have any proper training nor they are trained enough to maintain.. They will make you wait for hours.. They don't have any coordination with doctors. Doctors over here will leave on time but will never reach center on time. Had pathetic experience over here. If you are ok waiting for hours without any proper response from staff then only visit else look for some better medical centres.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centre was clean and seating was well arranged to maintain social distancing. From the time one check in to you leave the team @ NM ensured everything is taken care. Well staffed and very well trained to take care of any query raised. One need not step out to have breakfast, they serve for Pre and Post blood test. Assume this is favourite with corporate as 90% were all corporate tie-up, and so was I.. Highly recommend to book test from this centre..
