★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here to get my current lash extensions filled since I was on vacation. I had my sister call and make the appointment and get an estimated quote. On the phone the manager specifically agreed that it was a fill in, not a full set and therefore priced it as such. After I got my lashes in, I told the tech that they didn't look as full and thick as I'd like. She said she couldn't add anymore because I already had artifices lashes from my previous appointment. This made sense to me and I was okay with that, knowing that I came in for only a fill in and would probably have to wait for my old lashes to fall off. When it was time to pay, the manager charged me double the price she quoted on the phone. When I told my sister to come in and ask why, the manager was very rude and said I got a full lash extension when specifically I asked for only a fill (and it did not look like a full set). They were very rude and had terrible customer service. I will not be returning to this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very good, relaxing and comforting experience when I decided to do my smoothening here. Adi performed the service for me and smoothening takes great patience which he had and gave me a great look. Aarti, the manager was also very cordial and hospitable. The sanitary and hygiene conditions are also commendable. Everyone had worn the disposable gown and I was offered one to wear too. Definitely recommend! Good luck and best wishes to the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great place to get your nails done! I go here all the time. Urmi is really great! she's one of the most experienced manicure artists. She has great taste in picking nail colors for you and tbh she removes the cuticle without hurting you one bit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a dude, I have come here twice, as company, and as dreary this place might be, my fiancee absolutely loved their work.
The work is prompt and professional, the staff is very friendly and they pamper their customers and guests alike. Although I swore I'll not come here again till around wedding time, I won't mind paying a few extra visits as company, especially because there is almost no rush, we got the whole place to ourselves both the times we went.
