★ ★ ★ ★ ★ horrible experience, they just hand over the item I bought without a proper packaging or any paper bag… I don’t think they should treat their customers like that… if not something else, I believe atleast they should give paper bag like all the other stores does if we purchase something

"We regret to inform you that due to current pandemic and concerns on safety, we are not accepting returns on order.
We appreciate your patience and understanding at this moment."
And they have never ever mentioned this on their website or before purchasing.
These people are really struggling to sell their items, and if they have got some scapegoat why would they take it back.
The quality of products are pathetic n are defective.
Simply Unprofessional attitude n follow no policy. Government should take necessary actions on such nasty sellers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience.. I bought 3 items, they packed just 2. When I went again to take the left item, they gave me something of low price. They didn’t sent me bill on my no as they say. Please check the MRP and billed amount carefully

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited nykaa store in Ambience mall today to buy a compact and few lipsticks but I will never go there again.. the feel wasn’t inviting at all.. first no one bothered to ask about the requirement etc then I tried to try the try me products and needed help to select my shade.. I said excuse me to one lady staff and tried to take help.. she only could say that apki to skin dry h.. didn’t want to help and then while my husband and I were looking for some more products she just turned her back towards us n ignored completely.. not at all interested to give any damn attention..I wud request you to check recordings of around 6 pm.. I am a priv member of nykaa and shop a lot but the store staff is pathetic.. just because of the behaviour u lost one customers who was there for sure to purchase two or three products
