★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier this was a very busy junction...but since the time Maa Flyover is up and running...the traffic has come down drastically on this stretch...
One side of this Junction joins with Garia and beyond...other end goes to Ultadanga and beyond and the third arm goes to PTS and beyond...
The island at the xing is having a revolving Biswa Bangla Globe...with fountains and mist spray...which looks beautiful during night...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the busiest place of Kolkata.. Very accident prone zone.. It is a crossing point of 2 important roads.. The EM Bypass and the road heading to Park Circus 7 point crossing.. Also when you look at the sky you see web of flyovers.. One is Ambedkar Flyover and another is Parama Flyover..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful view and very popular location of south Kolkata, this Parama Island is located in between Science City and the very popular ITC ROYAL BENGAL and this place is also good for evening walk because of the street light, well maintained place and the traffic is also well managed by the Kolkata Police.
