★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unlike other pet clinics, Pawsome is very neat and clean. The clinic is well equipped with all the modern medical facilities for veterinary healthcare, along with well mannered and experienced staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is for the grooming, I'm sure the vets great as other reviews say. Went to get a haircut for my Shih Tzu. The end result was very uneven with hair poking out here and there. What was terrible was the behaviour of the groomer. One groomer(Hindi speaker) likes dogs and is decent. The way the other one treats dogs makes me feel like he doesn't give a damn. When they were done, I pointed out a big tangle on his chin and asked them to shave it off. He angrily started doing this and pulled the hair till 4 inches of his skin was pulled away from hus chin. When I asked him to take it wasy he got very rude and even told me to do it myself at home. This is not expected from a professional groomer. One ⭐ for a clean spacious clinic and one ⭐ for them not taking 100 for doing his ears as they were clean.

This morning I had called Pawsome and enquired about the grooming services and the location where it is available and I told that I would be there for the cutting the nail n paw cleaning of my pet but unfortunately I had not made an appointment. I reached the place at 1.45pm and there was no one there so I thought that my work would be done but I was told that I would have to wait till 3pm as I had not made a prior appointment. As the mistake was mine, I left because it was difficult for me to wait for more than an hour…however on my way back I surfed the Internet and found this amazing site ThePetNest in which you can get the same job done in the comfort of ur home, which definitely is much LESS stressful for your pet and so naturally is the best option for you. The groomer came to my house in the evening and did an excellent job !!
I m really satisfied and thank the sequence of incidents that happened as the end result was a far better solution for me !! My experience may benefit other pet parents too and so I m sharing this…
I had visit Pawsome about 2years back and it used to be very good then…
