Illiterate executive that they hired emi hum bhar rhe h Intrest hum bhar rhe kbhi late bhi ho skta hai they peoples are calling on our contacts or unko dhamki dete biggest mistake that I have took loan from them I'll not recommend to any even will make sure that I'll decrease to review and rating.

i m making payment on time every month but they again and again showing penalty increas day by day and my payment status not changing i have tried to contact paysense customer care through but no reply no solution finally i hv decided to make no more payment of rest loan till they dont call me or revert me an give answer on my mail

Just a data collection agency who collects your important data and even take NACH agreement from you and then never disburse your loan. Please beware. Also raising it to RBI grievance, as they are highly unprofessional people who will never disburse your loan even after approval, so please think thrice before using their app. They know who is writing review and what r their ids but still they ll just ask you to provide details as if they ll really take some action but its completely useless. Pls do raise your complaint to RBI for such NBFCs

Arrest the founder and seal the company and never let such company exist forever.

I have a loan with paysense. And i am paying emi on regularly but in month of august i lost my wife and due to hospital expense i am not able to pay emi on time. Now i am paying what i arrange amount and picking all calls and also under followup with collection team. still i am receiving very very rude calls. if this is your service then please think on it.

Hello sir i have paid my emi time to time but your system show me overdue charge on 3rd August 5th emi when that debited emi amount by nach in my bank. But your system show overdue and late payment charge so please removes late payment charge and overdue issue. If you can't i take legal action. You are fruad. My loan account no. SL2360720. My issues not solve yet and debited overdue charge return my money. Fruad team.

Hello, I had applied for a loan on 04.09.2019 and still 23.09.2019 there is no appropriate response from PaySense. It's almost 20 days and what I get are excuses like, "You did not summit this document system failure etc etc" and they are not even professionals. They waste your precious time and effort. if you are reading this trust me PaySense is not for you. Very bad experience. Poor customer service

To all those who are reading this review and planning to get a loan from Paysense. Beware of this company. Try to understand income of these companies. there are two incomes which companies like Paysense are after. 1. Interest Amount on the Loan 2. Penalty Amount on Lapsed EMI Now, If some one takes loan from Paysense then he is liable to pay interest amount along with principal amount, every month. Fair game. But this is not of any interest to paysense because legally a customer has to pay EMI, If he doesn't pay EMI then the customer has to pay Penalty Amount and this impact CIBIL score as well. The Penalty amount is their side income, more important than regular EMI. So, now the problem comes when a customer is paying his EMI's regularly. Like Me. My EMI due date is 5th of every month and i pay my EMI's on 2nd of every month. That's 3 days in advance. If a customer continue to pay EMI well in advance or on the due date then how paysense will collect penalty amount??? This honest behaviour of customer is problematic to paysense, so what they will do , they will still charge you penalty amount and when you will ask clarification to them they will reply that "there is some technical issue and we have notified out TECH teams and they are working on that but we dont have an exact TAT" Also they will say that dont worry if you have paid extra amount because if you have then it will get adjusted in your last EMI. So according to them they will continue to charge me penalty amount for paying my EMI's well in advance and my last EMI amount will be adjusted. My loan is for 2 years so i have to pay penalty amount every month for 24 months (for paying my EMI honestly) and then they will do adjustment. What Nonsense is this??????. From last 2 month i am getting their automated reply. But no solution But Anyway, there solutions to such malpractice. After talking to some experts from the field of law, cyber crime, and consumer court experts. I have notified to Officer (NBFC), RBI, Consumer Court and will now give written complaint in the SP office of Rajasthan Police. As long as you are paying your EMI's on due date you can take action against these people. Now for those who are victim of Paysense (those who are paying EMI regularly and still being charged penalty) Approach to RBI, Consumer Court, and Your local police station. Everything is online and believe me government officers are there to help you, not every government officer is corrupt. So approach them for help.
