★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not good for buying any kind of product. staffs do not have basic ethics to talk to customer. They will cheat customer by saying at the time of purchasing something else and while exchange totally different and charging extra....
I would like to say all buyers to not go over there and put review as much as you can.. The store manager is big lier. I will suggest store owner to change him otherwise he will definitely bring business down the store....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service, the person who was showing me the shoes was very rude and behaving as if he does not want any person to buy shoes. He would go inside and get a wrong shoe and when u tell him, he would say oh... Its OK.. U look at the other ones. One shoe I did not get the required size, I asked him if u can check online whether it is available in Hennur branch. His reply " yeah I can check, not a big deal. But unnecessary I will waste my time. If it is there u will be happy but my time will be wasted, how will it help me. "...so rude he was and it's the same behavior everytime you go. He is a guy from Eastern India.. Don't know his name though .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy experience. The sales staff is rude and obnoxious. Not at all interested in making a sale. Limited choice... Not worth a visit at all. Would visit other puma stores where service is good even if it is at a far distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been to purchase running shoes for my husband, they have very limited choice. Should have more choice of size 10. This outlet needs to have more colors, sizes and customers needs to feel that they have something to choose, not to take what they have to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Amrit at the showroom was extremely helpful. He had a lot of patience. He put a lot of effort to show us options, which would suit according to my requirement. Also,he kept checking the availability of the shoes each time when i asked him.
I greatly appreciate his efforts!!
