Big wide clean roads with ample parking space for cars, bikes etc.

The experience was possible because of Mr kiran who was extremely patient and he was good at understanding what we were looking for and helped us through and spent good time with us and calmly cleared all our queries

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is located near Dodda Gubbi, and the apartment is spread in huge space. You can find 100's of flats over here.
At the entrance of the apartment, you can find security guards holding mobiles. As soon as you reach there, you need to help with your registered mobile number, reason to visit, where are you coming from and whom to meet & the most important thing is you need to display your vaccination certificate of both doses.
Once you share the details, they raise request and the particular person from the selected flat has to approve the request to let the person enter the gate.
Once you enter, you will have to travel inside based on the block you need to visit. After you reach the block, you will have to help with your details again to the security sitting over there & will post all these process you can proceed towards the lft lobby and reach to the right flat using the lift.
You can find sanitizer at all places where people can easily make use of it. And also all safety measures / precautions are taken care to the expected level.
Also, you can see parks and garden area surrounding the apartment where people make use of it by walking and spending time with their loved ones...
Also, few People take their pets for walk around the apartment's surrounding.
Small kids have parks with new equipments built which attracts them to spend time over there.
Everyone has full freedom to enjoy and make best use of the time with whom they feel safe and secure.
Apartment is fully covered with all necessary equipments such as Fire Emergency, Any issues with lifts. They also have cameras installed covering all the parts, which keeps security staffs aware of things going around and they can get ready for any emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It good place. But entry is bit uncomfortable because of the strict security rules. Going up in 19th floor was really heart beating.. However, the place is quite beautiful and spacious, well maintained. The park which is available inside the apartment is awesome with swimming pool for both kids and adults.

Love the Water theme area in the center of the property, the kids play area, the Club house and lots of other games activities is available. Ample area to do your walking or jogging or cycling which is cool.
The flats is lovely with lot of natural lighting, an amazing balcony to look out for the view.
Parking is available for guests too, the other best part is security.
