★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner debated with me for 550 servicing charges, with a person who bought so costly bicycle 1 year before. They told me first service is free at the time of purchase. I went after 8 months, they told me you have not used the cycle a lot so advisable go for servicing later. When I went it now (around after one year of purchase) they charging me 550 and saying it's free for you but within 3 months of purchase. The point is not the amount charged but the way they debated for 550 with a person who purchased 80 K cycle - shows their mentality and once you bought the cycle you don't have any value for them. I never see a Marwadi Businessman doing this behaviour with their customer in my life ?. Strange for me. At last I have paid 550 to them. The young fellow owner is really bad behavior towards customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very pathetic and bad experience here. I went for my cycle service and the mechanic seem to be very inexperienced. While servicing my cycle, they damaged a part and they didn't take it's responsibility, instead put the blame on me. The people here are rude. I suggest everybody to opt for some other service centre. They'll damage your cycle parts. So be aware!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only place in india where I could find premium international cycle brand like Scott 16" for my 3 years old daughter. I called every cycle shop in Mumbai, Delhi, Kerala. I was a existing customer to this place as I had bought Giant MTB 5 Years back. I always wanted to buy premium international brand as I know how good they are in built quality and mechanism. So firstly i saw in R R Cycle. Since they had only one color I had to search for other brands and other colors. But I could not find it in any shop. There was Bsa, Caya brands. But no premium brands. So finally I had to go for Scott from them and I was very satisfied with the built quality and style. Kid liked it very much as it was a different color.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the second hand owner of the cycle but still they treated me & my bike with utmost care. Chandrashekhar & Roshan helped me with the rear derailleur issue which existed in the bike.
Though the service cost is on the higher side but its worth the money as its for the international bikes. People misunderstanding service cost especially in india, its the cost of that expertise those guys deserve to handle your expensive bikes.
