He doesn't give damn to your cycle nor his employees! You have to pay the owner + the worker to get your cycle serviced... Charges too much..
I strongly recommend not to go to his shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Money minded fraud person. When I gave Rs50 tips to the mechanic he was happy and started to fix it from root cause by opening all fittings and refitting. On this owner scolded him saying not to do so much and fix it just like that and send me back in 5 min. He boldly told in front of me. I already gave owner Rs250 for work.
When I objected on this he said Sir you could have taken bike from us and we would have given best. Strange fellow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stupid person.. he will be available to you only till you buy the cycle., Then all the free services he promise you, will go off in vain., You have to pay the person who repairs extra ! And the very treatment changes once you but the bicycle... There are better places than this. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place totally is pathetic. All the owner wants is money and charges super high prices for the smallest of things. The servicing sucks . to get my brakes better i had to wait for an hour even when i was the first person to arrive there . the owner started paying more attention the the new customer who was there to buy the bike and totally disregarded me until he could sell the bike to the new guy. He also decieved me by saying that there is one year of free servicing when i had gone to purchase the bike and when i went there to get my cycle serviced , he claimed the free servicing is only for a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudulent vendor. I visited this store for Shimano Gear Shifter. He installed a used second hand shifter and bluffed as if it is a brand new. Since the shifter is silver colour coated and installed in heavy midday sunlight I did not realised the fraud. I noticed only after reaching home. In picture you can clearly see that, shifter paint is worn-out because of usage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a cycle for my kid. Overall good experience. Only selling Hero range of cycle. Authorised dealer for Hero brand as told by the salesman. Offered better price and get value for money when compared to other cycle brands. Need to update about service later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have entire collection of hero cycles which i couldnt get in bannerghatta or jp nagar area. There are 2 locations of the same shop and almost has all hero cycles from kids to electric. Only caution is the fitting of cycles needs to be carefully checked before checking out the cycle. Otherwise, it is at good price point and multiple models of hero cycles. I didnt bother to look for other brands in the store
