★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best track and trail store I've ever seen. They suggested me a right cycle for my usage. The maintenance of the store is extremely good. And they service almost all the bikes(cycles). They do free check-up for those who bought bikes from their store every time I visited. Service is excellent and worth for the money paid... I'm very happy for the way they do service for the bikes.

Had pedal and alignment issues. Still not addressed. It's a painfull job to get the issue resolved.
Update : There was a follow up from the owner himself. Insisted to get the bike. Took some time to repair. Finally, new parts were fixed and all the issues were resolved. I am happy with there commitment.
Thanks to the mechanic, who did a splendid job.
Rated 4, as I initially struggled.

To be precise he listened to my need and suggested the options of cycles for me to choose the best one. Thank you to the other two persons who have fitted the components and made by cycle ready to ride.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of con artists. Very glib and amicable when they are selling you the bike, but will show their true colours once services are needed.
My suggestion is to go to Biju at Cycling botique. Or Bumson the saddle or any other store esp if you are a beginner and more easily duped by conmen like these.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is really very good cycle showroom & I'm writing honestly, I bought a cycle 5 months ago & they offered me two free service within 90 days, but i was out of station some reason I couldn't do service for my cycle & I taken my my 2 cycles to the store & I told them I was 5 months out of station, can you offer me that free service, they accepted for free service & they done my cycle like very neat & cleaned like brand new cycle, it's really & really very good service provider & really they know costumers value thanks to The Pedal House Koramangala

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudheendra is doing a fabulous job with pedal house. I wanted two kids cycles shipped to a different district in Karnataka and even without visiting the store he ensured it reached safely. They use VRL logistics. 80% of the cycle is assembled and the rest had to be done by us. He even sent across the accessories. A couple of them were missing which I got dunzoed later. There was a slight issue with fixing of the balance wheels and he graciously offered to video call and connect with a technician and help fix it. Great customer service. I give the place a 4.5 star rating.
