Residential flat looking from outside road impressive, location is situated on like middle of Thane, highway is on walking distance, mall, cinema, shopping, all at walking distance, Looking good but people must see all items in mind like price, construction, advantages and disadvantages, surrounding etc.etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under construction complex. At the best location in thane. Raj tattva builder really knows what spacious rooms mean.
Now days builders are making 10 foot x10 foot or 10 x 9 bedroom and call it spacious. What's spacious in 10 x 9 if you put a bed there is no space for wardrobe.
God knows what they would call a normal sized 12 x 15 bedroom may be a football ground. Raj tattva has big bedrooms and kitchen bigger than bedrooms offered by many builders.
The project is on hold for some reason and they were claiming that the project will get completed by 2021.
A bit costlier rate but if you check the sample flats and compare to others you won't mind paying the cost as rather than paying so high costs for such small cages it's better to pay a bit more and live in space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't invest any money in Rajesh any project. He is a fraud builder. All his projects are stuck for years. He has taken lakhs of rupees from us 5 years ago and has not completed the project, nor he offering any refund to us.

No updates provided to the customers and service levels are atrocious.
Stay away from Rajesh Lifespaces in general. It's a bankrupt company.
