★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre is for 3 different manufacturers realme,gionee and boat headphones.
So due to this some time resonance time becomes delay .
I visited for boat bluetooth headphone as my head phone was not working.
They have taken defective part but OK headphone was not avilable. They inform that will be avilable within 12 to 24 days that's is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hectic.... They never responds to calls & when you visit there service center, they start misbehaving... Totally worst service.. if was aware about this I would never chose this realme... Ever their realms customer care number is also of no use... Totally waste of money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center I have seen. Management is very poor. No manner how to talk to the customer. It not happened to me but I have seen 4-5 cases in the apan of 1 hr. Where the management of thr service center behaves very poorly.
Social distancing also not follow.
Example a customer enters in the service center without a mast ank coughing everywhere. I don't know why service center employee is not taking care of it.

I went there to get my power button repaired (which wasn't showing any response), I had to wait there for over an hour and half and when my token came they said and I quote "ab lunch ho gya hai uske baad call punch hogi, punch hone ke 40min baad hum aapka phone lenge aur fir check hone ke baad apko phone 7-10din mai wapas milega"
Such a thing is not expected from a brand that is leading budget smartphone sales in india
They took 45-60 mins to go through 2 customers
After such a bad after sales service experience I have choosen to never again buy a realme device for anyone in my family and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
