β β β β β Quick resolve of issues, staff is trained & responds fast. You'll be given with a token slot as you arrive. I had to hardly wait, since I was the 3rd person in waiting queue. Prices & service charges on the contrary, seems on higher side compare to local shops - but that's obvious !

β β β β β Today I visited samsung service center sector 14 I really appreciate samsung service. All staff behavior is very good . And very helpful staff well working token system. Neat and clean, well cooled They deserve five star ? quick resolve of issues staff is trained & response fast there are CCTV cameras and proper updates to via sms and call about status of work. And am very happy for samsung service.

Behaviour is very poor during handle the customer and not able to handle in good manner.
Store manager also supporting to team and treating to go and raise the FIR .

β β β β β Hello guys Today i visit samsung service center sector 14 first time my overall experience is very good All staff behaviour very polite. They have a well trained and proffesional staff offering best service at very affordable price. and space is good and parking space is also good. i really appriciate samsung service am very satisfied would definitely recommended this place . They follow covid protocols .Am very happy for good enviorment and loving staff .Mr. Sonu is very good person he is very polite and Specially thanks Mr. Sonu.

β β β β β They don't deserve a single star. Pathetic customer service, Pathetic attitude, hang up on customers while customer is speaking. Put you on hold without telling you & without any message.
I got my phone tested in other center, where I was told only Display is broken, but had some issues with Extended Warranty, so didn't get it fixed. after talking to the seller, went to Usha Technologies. They said display is broken & will cost me 6600. I paid in advance & asked for the phone to be delivered at extra cost.
No message for them for 3 days. I called them and then they told me Motherboard is also broken. Can't believe them because the previous Samsung Center didn't mention that.
I argued with them for not even calling me & letting me know that this is the issue & if you want to get it fixed, pay extra. Only when I called them, they told me about it.
While arguing, they hanged up on me. I called them again, and then they told me like me they are also busy & can not talk on the phone.
their service is pathetic & never ever go to them to get your phone fixed.

β β β β β Worst experience after their service experience i will never purchase Samsung mobile phone. With in 5 month my phone stop charging and when I visited sector 14 gurgaon service center they replied me phone has scratches you phone canβt repaired under warranty thats samsung policy they even don't check my phone just demanding money for every step. The warranty is just for name in samsung please aviod such brand
