★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was OK,but I didn't get the same product as a replacement.I was using Oppo Enco M31,Black which got damaged and as per the policy from Oppo it was under warranty and the service center told me that it can be replaced but I have to wait for a week. After a week when I reached service centre,they gave me new earphones but in Replacement of Black they gave me Green earphones,making the point that Black are out of stock and are not in production.But Oppo is selling the same model in Black online.

Skip visiting this service centre even your phone is on waranty because they know lots of tricks to charge money from you.
from last six year I am using oppo phone but from now onwards I will never go for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly the best service i have seen in a cell phone service center. They are so receptive, honest and upfront.
Our sons phone had hardware issues, tried giving it once and then after that just replaced it, no questions asked.
Buy OPPO just for the service really, well done and keep it up
