★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very baad service please dont visit any one on this service center my mobile was in warranty . i visit service center they check my mobile said that yourcharging jack is damage . they ask me to give 700 rs rupee for charging jack after that they told me that your charging cable is damage so this will be also change charge will be 150 rs for cable after 30 min of cable and charging jack my phone was not charging and having same issue before i was facing. Then they told me that in your phone some internal problem . so you have to drop your mobile here for atleast 1 week .i request every one please don't visit at service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They behave very badly with customers, I recomend first not to by any chineese mobile like Infinix and tecno mobile. Because they have given service tender to this worst service center Carlcare, where you will get nothing in response, they will not behave properly and will charge you unnecessary charges inspite your phone is in warranty.
The way they behave with customers in such a way that all are poor and have no manner how to talk. All engineers are third class seems like uneducated people who have just taken training from any mobile repair shops and now doing job there.
The word they speak unprofessional and always be rude with customers.
Very very very bad service.
I would like to suggest Infinix and techno mobile to withdraw tender from this service center else company is going to suffer a lot due to his service center, once a customer who buyed a mobile phone of these companies and went to service center for any help they will not help and the customer is not going to buy the product of these companies in future and also they will not suggest others to buy as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give 0 star I would. Ordered a laptop from Infinix from Flipkart on December 2021. In March my laptop had some hard disk problem. We reported it and also contacted customer care the same day as it was in warranty. I have been waiting for more than one month now for someone to come and fix it. If you call their number they just tell you to go in loops from one customer centre to another. Last week they told us that it might take one month to ship a hard disk from China. Very dissapointed in their service and the product. They didn't have even the basic stocks for their product repair. This company seems like a big fraud. Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from Infinix. Even after spending 37,000 for a laptop I am left with no laptop at all for now three months and may be many more.
