★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST SERVICE!
I GAVE MY NOKIA 6.1 FOR Speaker change. They took off the tempered Glass & after making me wait for 2Hours told that Screen has little crack (Which wasn't there before) & we cannot replace Speaker as Screen can be cracked!
I had to spend ₹200 on Tempered again & Mobile wasn't repaired as well.
P.S. - In 1 year of usage, The Jack got non-functional & speaker also.
Nokia has got Worst phones Now!
NEVER GO TO THIS STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience. They damaged my mobile's back panel and made it out of warranty and forced me to purchase new back panel to bring it back to the warranty. Plus they breached compliance, they easily show other customer's filled form to the customers which is one customer's personal information leakage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center in Gurgaon, unprofessional, without looking my Nokia 8.1 phone they said someone has opened the phone so you lost your warranty, after requesting they open phone they said no one open the phone it's still in warrenty , but your phone is bend and water went inside phone so it's not covered under warrenty. they are fake engineer, they do not know anything. Nokia loosing customers in India due to service issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is authentic Nokia Care Centre. My phone 8.1 is under repair and the price quoted is fair. Customer dealing and explanation of issues is noy annoying. Place is easy to reach, right on old Girgaon-Delhi road. If you are a Nokia uset dave this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking more time to fix the problem with warranty handset. Otherwise they fix issue quickly if get money. I had Nokia 6.1 plus and it had some issue with speaker. I waited 3-4 to four hours and they said motherboard issue and haven't part at this time. I got my mobile after 4 days. But i am happy they changed motherboard and mobile is working just fine as before.

The first thing is that every staff has no manners even they do not know how to treat /Deal the customer ..
I came there on September 1st..I had a bill that day but it was in PDF. But they refused me to take that bill because it was in soft copy. After that I came from there and the next day means that 2 September again I went there and they submited the phone and they said that it will be fixed soon.
after that they called me next day and said it has been fixed/Repaired.
When i arrived there then i asked for my phone then that was not in ok Condition..That touch was not working and That was not in proper condition ..
After that they were saying its warranty has expired and you must have to pay..
but according to my bill its warranty is till 2nd october 2020..
when they checked on their system that time was showing there its warranty has left 2 months ..
There was 4 staff who was behaving very badly with using abusing word....

They were saying that you do whatever you want but they will not give me that phone..
They were fighting me ..

AlOK SHRIVASTAV AND RAIVER WAS TRYING TO KILL ME AND THEY PUSHED ME OUTSIDE..
and they were saying you can’t do anything..
everything is recorded in your camera if that will be deleted then your service centre will be responsible for everything..
ALOK SHRIVASTAV AND RAIVER AND VIVEK WAS THREATENING ME..
Regarding this all has registered F.I.R in P.S city Thana Gurgaon ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not gone there, but was able to talk to them over phone after persistent redials for 20 minutes only to know that the charging board for my phone wasn't in the stock.
After getting a strong negative feedback from me, I am expecting a call back in next 6-7 days for the part availability..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not professional, too slow, make sure you have a lot of time if you are planning to visit as they take an hour to figure out the issue and then more 1-2 hours to repair your phone.
