★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place has no semblance of service. Find your own table. Keep struggling to find the guy to place order. Keep following up to get your order, and even then not get it. Who runs out of idli for breakfast at 9.30am!
The dosas are crispy.. but almost fried. Dosas are still fine, but the masala was average. Kesari bath was just not upto the mark.
Overall average good, below average service. The only good thing going for this place is it's location.

Earlier I would have rated this place a 5/5.
I have been here for lunch , dinner and breakfast.
Stand out items: Masala dosa, South Indian meals and sambhar rice .
Now they have stopped serving meals in the dine in. They do serve it only in the drive in.
Service has become poor and slow. Quality is also diminishing.
Hoping that the old charm will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After meeting at KIADB office, went to nearby restaurant for quick lunch. To save time in service, we ordered thali.
It was crowded at that time also. Thali took more time to be served.
While enjoying my lunch, suddenly I noticed something hard in my mouth. When I took it out, was SHOCKED TO SEE THAT IT WAS ABOUT 10 MM LONG HUMAN NAIL.
Felt like vomiting. How they can allow people to work in kitchen with such a long nails?
That's the level of HYGIENE.
When asked waiter to call their Manager or any senior officer, no one turned up. The senior staff is not at all RESPONSIBLE & DID NOT BOTHERED ABOUT IT.
THOUGH the man who was serving felt sorry but any one from restaurant management did not turned up.
Irresponsibility at its zenith.
Enjoy your food at your own RISK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old restaurant..Ambience is average. Most annoying thing is waiting time... Though the hotel didn't have much customers, they take plenty of time.. horrible service. We ordered north meals and they took 45 mins to serve that. They served uncooked rice. Charge you for AC room rates for normal room with fan. They have fitted AC but doesn't work. Horrible restaurant. Very expensive

This Restaurant was a land mark in Bangalore for good ,tasty ,quality food especially Masala dosa , South Indian meals served hot hot . Also famous was Anna sambar/ rasam which now is obsolete . Our visit was a waste , we had to eat what was available utter disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly the BEST dosa in Bengaluru. Even coloured and crunchy masala dosa with good amount of butter. Yummy chutney is all it takes to savour this traditional breakfast.
