★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think of buying a property in Samriddhi. Their first project Grand Avenue is a big fail and people are crying after spending their money. Trust me....
Once you buy, the maintenance will be so pathetic that neither you can sell flat (low value) and nor stay there.
Big NOOOOOOO....beware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After sales service is so bad , we are trying to contact the builder for some queries but they dont response and never pick calls. I think staff sitting in the office need to solve queries existing buyer rather just entertaining the new customer
I received a call for possession but my tower is not prepared and they dont want to talk just need money. ** PATHETIC SERVICE**

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cost appears to be on higher side. Project's location is attractive. But in facts, how one can ignore this fact, that Sector 150 is having number of good project of world class reputed builders like Tata, Eldeco, ACE at the same prize.

With ample sports amenities and Central park of 5 acres, 50K sqft of club house and 4k sqft of swimming pool for adults and 1k sqft swimming pool for kids. Amazing society.
