★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ticket Counter Is not adequate for the crowded time. Most of the time only one Counter is operational. And the foot over bridge is thoo narrow and the steps are very high. The bicycle Rider is also use the bridge to cross the rail line. There is no control at all available by the rpf. The the ticket counter is very dirty not maintained and clean properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complain.Sometimes length of the counter line is too long because of only 2 counter.But overall rating is excellent on their services. Because their behaviour is good with everyone. I am satisfied for their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No basin , no water cooler, washroom was so dirty that i vomited seeing inside... Station should be modified and construction should be done providing basic amenities to the passengers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two ticket counters are there. one counter is at the dhulagari side adjacent to platform no 4 and one at the other side adjacent to platform no. 1 way to Champatala. No Wheel chair access to the platforms. Urinals for both gents and ladies are available. Drinking water is also available. ATVM machines are out of order most of the times. Waiting place with light and fan facility available. Being situated near market area foods, daily needs are available. Overall Clean. I used to enjoy the express trains skipping the station at high speed (not more than 100 k.m. /hr. I think)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is middle station of abda and andul.Very calm and peaceful station in Howarh Mednipur section. Station premices is very neat and clean.No hawkers are in the station area.Surrounding area is very beautiful. Nearby bus routes are Sankrail Amta route and Sankrail Howrah route.Nearby station bazar is very famous for fish marketing.
