★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved in saya about 1.5 years ago and i must say this is the best society in greater noida west i have been seeing another society in its vicinity from last few months n trust me i have not found any society as good as saya in terms of construction , flats layout and other things lik close to highway , no commuting issue n lot of market nearby . I used to think i wasted my money on saya but now after looking other societies layout n construction i m happy being here .

1. Sewere (Nala) Smell all day.
2. Traffic noise. You can't have good sleep at night.
3. Maintenance - Was good 1 year back. But now it's not that good.
4. They don't run generators (DG) on electricity cut many times. You need to have invertor.
Pros -
1. Build Quality is above average.
2. Structure of society.
3. Security

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best society in greater Noida West to live, very good society for all ages of people. Buildings are such made that in every season every flat will get sunshine. Play area is well maintained and amphitheater is also large enough to accommodate good amount of people. Security is tight and maintenance people are very pro in their task.

Various Major work as Promised while purchasing Flats are still pending viz Closed Lobby, Covered Security Gate , Third Class Security, No Swimming Pool,
Encroachment promoted in SAYA Market by Builder himself.
Management Agency presently managing is of NO Use...Entire Society is being guarded by 14 Guards.
CCTV is not working Since last Six months
InterCom facility not working since last two years or so.
Most of the Lifts are either faulty or intermittent working every now and then.
DG is still on rent and not on auto shifting.
No fogging..No Sanitization..Done since last one year
Wastage of Money only...If you Buy SAYA Property in any Project..
Now making Fool of people by giving Lollypop in their SAYA GOLD Project at Indirapuram. Ghaziabad
