β β β β β The most horrible ever travel experience we had. Firstly we have booked for an ac sleeper bus from Bangalore to Udupi. Though the bus was fully filled almost by the time we booked, they just called us and told us that Sleeper bus is not available, and a Semi Sleeper bus is available, and they asked us if they can shift our booking to semi sleeper. Since they have informed us on the day of travelling, we don't have any choice other than accepting the alternative seat. We were taken to AR Circle in a pick up bus. The bus came almost 2 hours late. We booked it just because we thought that we could board by 10 pm, but they started the bus at 1.15 am.. and after a lot of chaos because other passengers didn't get the seat they booked. All the passengers were very frustrated. By morning, 10 am, we were almost 3 hours late by the expected time. We have to get down at Udupi. But they stopped the bus in Mangalore which is around 60 km far from the promised destination. And they told very very very carelessly that the bus is not in a condition and asked us to get down in Mangalore itself and find any other local bus. They are so rude and so careless towards their job of dropping the passengers at the booked destinations. On top of that, they are so mean and so rude towards the passengers. When a few customers were questioning about it, they kept shouting like 'Mangalore last stop, Mangalore last stop, everyone get down' (in kannada though) in such a rude way without answering to the passengers. Never ever going to book a Seabird travel bus in my life again. I am going to suggest all my friends and known people also to avoid booking in seabird travel. Our 2 day Udupi plan almost got disturbed due to their barbaric and irresponsible work.

β β β β β I had booked Tirupati package with them. There was no office/staff at my pick up point. Bus was late by almost 1 hour and drivers/operators lied that it was raining though I saw clear route on Google maps. Driver/conductor asked to call the office and office staff would be unhelpful. No accountability.
Avoid booking Sea Bird travels. Very poor experience and unprofessional behaviour by Sea Bird.

Bus operators were neither at all bothered to tell issue with bus nor make alternative arrangements if bus is broke down. reach to my destination 6 hours late. Never recommend to book this bus. The executive has denied any compensation and also helpline people are not bothered and not picked up calls during the issues
