★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To and froing my parcel. Been a week since its arrival in gurgaon but haven't received it. Pathetic. Also, it is not the first time they have done it. Should have chosen private courier service. Would never suggest govt post office at gurgaon sector 45. Worse part is I can't even do anything about it. Complaint page doesn't open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Irresponsible behaviour of staff, if it's possibel to give 0 star then I will give negative star to this post office, staff is careless to do their duty. They use very abusive language to get rid of customer, Government should close this post office with these kind of staff. It is request to all people who falls this post office area, please do not book any material, documents, or any consignment because they never help to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless staff, post office department should close this facility and remove the staff then they will realise that they are supposed to work to earn salary and pension. They are a disgrace to the country like many government staff members.
Hope someone senior is reading these reviews.
4 Apr 2022- these idiots have closed speed post since last 5 days, why should they get salary, medical and retiral benefits at tax payer's cost? Does somone review attendance to check who all are enjoying without coming to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ***WORST POST OFFICE*** one can ever come across (wish I could use abusive language here)
The person at the counter is an old man who talks very rudely, he is chewing on something and hence his words are not audible and not even understood.
I was new and asked him the procedure for sending international parcel, he shouted back and said sector 56 jaake pata laga lo and parcel wahin se bhejo
He had given me 2 forms to fill and had no idea what to do with them.. I asked 1-2 people there, no one answered me at all.
Then I came across a website called epostbook.com which is amazing and now I have decided to use that only instead of going to these useless government workers enjoying off our hard earned money. These people are the reason why India is unable to grow.
Just avoid this place at all costs, go anywhere but not here.
