The swimming cap tore from the mould bend on 1st time try. Couldn’t even use it once.
The store refused to acknowledge the defect, refund or even escalate the issue!
Sad to see such poor after sales service.
Typical behavior of blaming the customer by store owner/s.
Wasn’t surprised when I noticed it is Made in China product.
Ps: the other purchase of swimsuit held together on 1st time try. Will see how long that lasts!
