★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody is ready to tell you what exactly to do. Plus they don't talk properly at all. When I went to transfer money to a friend's account I asked them where is the slip and where should I go they gave me half information and wrong information and then just walked away and didn't even come back to guide well. I was standing in the bank of almost 15mins not knowing where to go. And then when I asked someone again they answered back to me in an irritated tone and rude tone, technically I should be the one rude and irritated cause m the customer and I am not being guided well. Very poor service. Kalyaninagar branch this was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting, too much charges they deducting. I don't know what is Investment Intermedia where they transfer money. It's unauthorized transaction. Also they don't give any landline no of branch where we can talk to bank person for any information. I am changing my bank now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expected a typical SBI experience, but was surprised by the helpfulness of the employees, I did not expected it. I only wish all SBI branches to be this way. I had extremely bad experience at SBI kharadi(WTC one).

Staff is helpful and during multiple critical situations branch manager offered extended help which is really commendable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service. I had taken car loan .1st they do not provide net banking for loan accounts if you do not have savings account with them. Then they started charging rs2500 randomly to my car loan account every month without any intimation where enquired they said I have not submitted RC copy of my car. God saved me as I was able to retrieve an old email in which I had sent them RC book, after lot of stress the charges were reversed. Do not have any relationship with SBI pl

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are some employees in this branch who are very slow in the work just because this customers have to wait for long time. I think they are not doing their job sincerely and have no respect to their customers , especially when some uneducated people visit. They behave/answer in a rude/aggressive way when we ask any query/doubt repeatedly and really have no basic etiquettes on behavior even after being well educated. Just because of these customers you people are getting paid, so treat everyone equally... Sorry to say this but I have never expected this kind of behaviour from SBI staff... Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
