★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a test for my relative, Uma Majumdar on 30th April, 2022 and found everything in tune, starting from enrollment of patient, payment of fees and conduction of the test. Everything was smooth and fast, even the report was sent later in the evening at my email.
I was referred to this centre by the centre manager, suraksha diagnostics, khardah, who was very nice-behaved and polite. Both khardah and kestopur branch of Suraksha Diagnostics will get ten on ten for their performance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for echo. Unprofessional. Keeps changing service rules. Various stuffs speaks various rules regarding reports. Ultimately causing harassment to senior citizen patients. Need to do test again from other labs. Complete waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am 81-year-old senior citizen of this nation, and today have suffered the worst humiliation from Dr. Asish Kumar (USG doctor) and the staff of Surakhsa Diagnostic Center Kestopur. My USG test bill was generated with an appointment dated 8th April 2022 at 7.30 am,. I reached there on time, and as per USG test rule was not allowed to urinate for 3 hours, and when my turn of USG test came, Dr Ashish, refused to do the USG test as the prescription had a referred doctor's name. I want to know under what medical rules or ethics I am made to suffer for 3 hours and even after repeated requests was insulted by Dr. Asish and finally he threw me out. Even one of the staff took away the bill from my hand and didn't return the bill saying it is canceled. This place is hell. Doctors staff all are unethical, rude, and insensitive. Management is deaf and blind. I demand action against Dr. Asish Kumar and the staff who tampered with pieces of evidence by not returning the canceled bill. I am a CGHS pensioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No wonder, this branch is lacking good ratings. It is the worst management in a pathological lab I ever seen. For there lack of management and low manpower everybody is shouting at the officials. But, it is not there fault, too. They are doing doing there bit, at least trying to do it. Though desk workers needs more training on how to handle people. Suraksha could have work on there existing labs, instead of extending thousands of branches in every corner. But, for heavens sake, if you really have to go there, take you day off From every work. Because they will take your valuable time and money without proper service. It is a shame that, how a renowned brand like SURAKSHA, is loosing there goodwill in last few years. The bottom line is, If you get greedy day by day, you will loose focus on your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suraksha Diagnostics Kestopur is a popular because of its location and facilities given.but waiting time and bill payment system is too much time taking. The front desk lady workers are sometimes not helpful for senior citizens and from the common people from village side. They should be trained for this.specially the information related relationship management. In the rainy season this centre was waterlogged for weeks but did not inform the patient or patient party to follow their revised sehdules.They should discounted for the poorest people with their own policy as much they can.specially the poor students and senior persons. COVID vaccination charges may be taken lower in comparison to the fees they take.
