★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst centre in Kolkata. CT scan reports of patients suffering from COVID19 pneumonitis (on oxygen support) are not ready even in 24 hours. Even the CT scan films are not ready to be seen by the treating doctors.

Me and my wife did a COVID test with Suraksha on 23 Nov 2020. We had traveled to Kolkata by air and wanted to be certain before coming in contact with our elderly parents. My wife's test came negative and mine came positive. I however, had no symptoms at all. In fact I was still doing my regular 5 km run in the morning. So, I did another test on 25 Nov from another laboratory. This test came negative. However, I ended up spending money and also got quarantined for 17 days under advise from the health department. 20 days later I did an antibody test and it came negative. So the Suraksha test result was definitely wrong.
Both money and time wasted.
