★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived there for quite some time. The balconies are really spacious. They allow pets. They have a garden plus playground attached to the first floor. An 11-storeyed building where mostly bachelors and newly married people stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great building, great view, basic amenities but good quality construction. Accessibility is also great, as very near to highway.
Only downside is the illegal PMC garbage processing plant immediately next to the society. It emits extremely foul smell everyday. But the building itself is clean and good.

1st floor , podium attached
2 and 3 BHK ready to move society
Water: no issue
Electric: common places backed up
No fency amenities, but vuew from soiety is awesome.
Easy to commute to baner, pashan and hinjawadi
Around: all needed shops available in 1.5KM ,
Peaceful leaving.

All the under construction around the property and entry road issue due to new flyover construction gets small once you look at the great view behind. Moved here recently and always looking forward to the great weather and the mountain view
