What promise given and what is delivered is of no match
They have more than 100 rooms but only 3 maintenance guys
There is no intercom in room
The geyser is of 1ltr capacity means after aver 1 ltr of hot water you need to wait for 2 minutes for getting water hit again
No tea bags milk powder and sugar in room
On complaining Manager Mr Ali said they are not paid enough by tripvillas to buys this things
On speaking with madam parvati from tripvilla she just said sorry
On speaking with Mr sunil from tripvilla senior most ( as Informed) told us that he will only listen to our problem and will not be able to do any thing and sounded rude and arrogant as if do what ever I want
He further guided us to put email as if by putting email tripvilla will give do some thing immediately
Food is bad and not comparable even to 1 star hotel or regular restaurant
We are informed about multicousin food, open theatre. etc nothing is available le in this resort
This company and their resorts are cheats and robbers and are fooling consumers and normal people by giving wrong promises
They have spoiled our holiday and mood.
Pls stay away from these resorts

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed last week in a 2BHK Apartment at Lavasa managed by Tripvillas and had an amazing time. The team at Tripvillas provided complete details and everything was perfect as I saw on the website. The onsite manager was helpful in assisting us with our requirements. Will definitely suggest to use Tripvillas services and I personally will certainly look to plan my next trip with them.
