★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience in JC Road Bangalore Branch Union Bank of India, I visited today for close my account taken letter from me and told me wait 5 min. after 30 min he never called me. in counter number 1 sitting simply and moving in and out and doing other people work but not closing my account.
Also he is shouting to customer if any one come for withdraw money, if any one see this message from same bank see the CCTV how counter no.1 person shouted to a lady who came for withdraw money
after some time i went to counter for remember him, he is observing i am standing but not responding. also i helped some people who don't know the process and self withdraw form, but he never did my work after some time my wife come and ask him from 1 hour we are waiting you are not doing our work, finally he take the another bank account number to transfer the money of after closing account. But whole day i am waited account not closed.
When I opened time also no not response properly, closing account time also. what they thinking public.
